Non-Refundable Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.
- The deposit covers administrative costs and holds your booking.
- By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of event changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Final Payment
- Final payment is due 5 days before the event.
- Once the final payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments are considered final once processed, and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event date.
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, no further refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation Due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
- In case of extreme circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the event.
- No refunds will be provided if the event cannot proceed, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives.
Event Postponement
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule the event, the deposit will be applied to the new event date.
- Rescheduling is only possible if done at least 3 days before the original event date.
- Additional fees may apply based on vendor availability and changes to event
No Refund for Unused Services
- If certain services are not used on the day of the event (e.g., fewer guests attend, or some planned services are canceled), no refunds will be given for unused portions.
